If you are receiving checks from us, your 1099-Misc form will be issued by ZoomRx when payments are above $600.

If you are getting paid through PayPal, you may receive form 1099-K directly from PayPal, if you’ve received more than $20,000 or received 200 or more payments in your PayPal account.
